PACwell was hired to develop an organic certification plan for a multi-million dollar, three-state dehydration processing company.  This organization dehydrates carrots, potatoes and sweet potatoes for the pet food industry.  They were interested in becoming certified as an organic processor due to customer demand.

PACwell created the organic systems plan, trained and developed the company's personnel in all aspects of organic food processing and assisted in the first successful inspection resulting in organic certification.  Since that time, PACwell has been retained to add an additional facility and process to this client's organic plan.
