PACwell was retained by Old Creek Ranch, a family-owned ranch and farming venture in the hills of Cayucos, CA.  They produce oranges, avocados as well as grass-fed beef, lamb, goat and pork.  PACwell developed the organic systems plan for this client, which covered all aspects of their farming and processing operations across both farming and livestock management.  

Since their organic certification in 2009, PACwell has been their lead onsite consultant for their organic program.
